What is the deal with Mash still being in the lineup. Is it really that whole "sandpaper" thing? Kero I get since we don't really have a lot of other guys that can truly play center right now. But Tik and Desi are both better players than Mash that drive possession time (granted Desi has been poor lately).

They are not playing Runblad because he is not good. Why not follow the same logic with Mash???

Maybe it wasn't a big deal to lose out to MN Wild after all?

Mashinter's continued presence in the lineup kind of makes you think that Tikhonov and Desjardins have some sort of injury, doesn't it?

Desi, at least, is in doghouse for performance (at least he thinks so):

I saw that last night .... wasn't that such a shame? Poor Bieksa.

Hawks face one of their goalies they traded this summer. Nilsson will probably be motivated to bring his "A" game. Here is hoping the Hawks bring theirs. Mash just doesnt have the speed to keep up. Not sure why he keeps playing.

Think a 4th line with Desi instead of Mashinter provides a bit more versatility. I think the 3rd line is going to mesh pretty well after a road game or two here on the trip.

I'm not sure. It looked a lot like the hit on Hammer last Saturday. He seems to get guys half-turned or completely turned and facing the boards.

I think Rozy's been pretty solid. Daley is kinda iffy but I haven't given up on him yet. Hopefully he turns things around during this trip and starts shaping into the 4th D-man he was brought in to be.

interesting...might as well play 3v3 bc nobody plays defense in the All-Star Game anyways. I liked the Fantasy Draft a lot though, especially when Kessel was picked last
